Code of Ethics

Our analysts and consultants are restricted under this code of ethics from selling any product or service other than independent services.

The primary guiding principle is for our analysts and consultants to work exclusively for and in the best interest of our clients. CollabGen analysts and consultants are required to conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Our analysts and consultants are also required to work in harmony with our clients and not to intrude or conflict with any regular internal staff-related functions, or assignments to other outside consultants.

Our environment and culture promotes continuous pursuit of excellence to facilitate superior business and technology solutions within CollabGen’s combined areas of expertise. This vision is realized through "client-driven" professional services, and incorporating each consultant’s unique set of knowledge and experience. With client approval, we conduct periodic round-table reviews of projects to identify potential improvements relative to providing optimal solutions and competitive advantages for our clients. Within such forums, it is a strict requirement to always preserve the integrity of privileged or confidential client information based at minimum on the client's and CollabGen's privacy policies.

Alliances

CollabGen occasionally works with alliance members that incorporate software tools which require specific knowledge and proficiency relative to gathering and analyzing data from various computer-telephony networked systems. Therefore CollabGen, in association with these specialized alliance members, are required to disclose any solutions partnerships with local and long distance service providers, voice / data network equipment manufacturers, Internet Service Providers (ISP’s), or any ancillary products including analytical software tools and / or management reporting systems prior to any client engagement.

Any deviation from this policy constitutes grounds for removal from CollabGen.
